Not exactly pleasantly Surprised, I must share that it was a wonderful and pleasant feeling when I saw a few people who were silent (it's a Wednesday afternoon, and it is working hrs ) appear from nowhere & express themselves about the song, opining with words on my FB wall.
Before you wonder, let me wonder : SO? SO WHAT?.... Is there anything special to write about this 'non-event'?
Well, since I've written down a few words already, not betraying my highly sensitive, wee bit abnormal, impulsive nature (my work Mood), & leaping before looking, revealing before deciding (my work Mode), everything about the first question has been revoked.
OK.SO? Is there anything ELSE special to write about this already irritating 'non-event'? I say : please bear with me!
We were talking about a song, a pleasant song. I wonder why.
After 2-3 minutes, I understand why I had this Pleasant Feeling around one of the most mundane, unassuming non-events that are taking place around us every single day - 24x 7.
Because quiet people find time to put a word, in the busiest of working hours.
That reassures me. Silent people are not silent. They are just quiet, focused on what they are doing. But when it comes to the Most Beautiful Things ever, they express.
When I shall be ambling along an
empty road, nobody in sight, I'll be knowing that it's not empty. Pleasant surprises await me, just round the corner.
Here talking about immortal melodies some songs shall always be there, 'up on a pedestal', no matter which period & what genre, (the music), what period & what generation (us, the listeners), no matter what language.
Beauty is inside us. That's why we find Beauty in our surroundings from time to time when we look at them.
If you want to feel Beauty, you don't have to search for it here and there. Just look inside, and inwards. And you will know that Beauty awaits just round the corner, just around every corner ahead.
Beauty shall prevail till the end of time. And beyond.
